Roads were blocked at various places in coastal Andhra like Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Guntur, and in Rayalaseema region at Kurnool and Kadapa. Pro-Telangana agitators resorted to blockades at Warangal, Karimnagar and other places. An argument took place between the protesters and policemen at Guntur when the agitators tried to stage rail roko. In view of the rail roko, the South Central Railway(SCR) cancelled 88 train services today, including 39 passenger trains and 49 local, an SCR release said.
