Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 3,041.56 crore (provisional) today, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 5,973.59 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,932.03 crore.
Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 322.46 crore today. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,674.68 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,352.22 crore.
FIIs were net buyers of Rs 150.80 crore on Friday, January 8, according to data released by Sebi today. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 3,268.30 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 3,117.60 crore.
Mutual funds (MFs) were net sellers of Rs 157.70 crore on Friday. MFs made purchases of Rs 948.40 crore and sales of Rs 1,106.10 crore.
