Bharti Airtel, in a major management restructuring today, appointed Sanjay Kapoor as CEO of India and South Asia operations. Bharti Airtel has 118 million customers which includes 116 million mobile customers. The company has four strategic business segments - mobile, telemedia, enterprise and digital TV. On the Bombay Stock Exchange, shares of the company were trading at Rs 318.75, down 3.4 % at IST 1241.
